Training Academy

SportWorks' Training Academy provides opportunities for paid staff, students and volunteers wanting to improve skills and gain on the job experience within sport and leisure. We are proud that over 70% of our paid staff graduated from the Academy!

Free & Subsidised Courses

For every hour worked or volunteered, our coaches and tutors gain financial credits towards courses and seminars.
