Our education programmes harness the power of sport to support learners who may be at risk of disengaging with education or who are excluded. Our existing clients including Central Government, Colleges, Prisons and Local Authorities recognise how sport can engage learners in a way that almost no other subject can.
We deliver both non-accredited and accredited learning in bespoke education programmes tailored to the needs of each individual. Our delivery team of qualified teachers and coaches come from diverse backgrounds including armed services, college and Pupil Referral Units. This means they are able to design and deliver engaging programmes to support a wide range of learners including those with more complex needs.
93% of learners successfully progressed into education, employment or training following our intervention during 2017-19.
ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROSPECTUS
We are all too aware of how, without the right support, permanent and fixed term exclusions are negatively affecting the progress of young people.
Those most likely to undergo extended or repeated periods of exclusion are the ones who need more adult supervision, not less.
Our team design bespoke learning plans which help young people to improve behaviour, skills and confidence so that they can return to the classroom focused on learning and less likely to disengage.
Check out our prospectus for more details on our approach
