Vision:
SportWorks recently reviewed our vision, mission statement and core values. Over the past five years, we’ve expanded nationally and grown our team, so we felt it was necessary to reevaluate these statements and make sure they align with our current organisational goals and objectives.
We felt strongly about making sure our staff had input in refreshing our vision, mission and core values, so we assembled a team of employees from different roles in the organisation to lead the project. While the vision statement provides inspiration and describes where we want to be as a company, the mission statement identifies our purpose and defines what we will do on a daily basis to reach our goals.
