Our structure

As a CIC, we have Trustee structure whereby three unrelated individuals are responsible for the management of the organisation. Our legal structure is a Community Interest Company limited by Guarente. A copy of our Articles of Association can be found here.

Our finances are managed completely separately to SportWorks. We ensure strong and robust financial control happens in all projects. As a CIC, we reinvest all surplus back into community projects. A copy of our most recent accounts are found below.
