Mental health & Wellbeing
Programmes

With an ageing population, increases in the number of serious mental health issues and a Government agenda focused on supporting people to live in their own homes for longer, our mental health and wellbeing programmes are more important than ever before.

Current projects include a Walking Rugby and nutrition programme for men aged 55+ experiencing depression and anxiety, and targeted weekly sessions for ladies who have been subject to sexual and domestic abuse.

About our programmes

With an ageing population, increases in the number of serious mental health issues and a Government agenda focused on supporting people to live in their own homes for longer, our mental health and wellbeing programmes are more important than ever before.

We address health inequalities and strive to create a healthier, more prosperous nation. Since 2009 we've been designing and delivering award winning programmes to enrich the lives of individuals, their families and communities. Through our programmes we support individuals of all ages, abilities and education levels.
